ELABORATION
Alcoholic fermentation: Spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, carried out in 150 HL tanks. 
Fermentation temperature: Between 28°C - 30°C. 
Fermentation and maceration time (days): 18 to 20 days 
Malolactic fermentation: In French oak. 
Ageing: 12 months in French oak.
