ELABORATION
Alcoholic fermentation: Spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, carried out in 75 HL tanks. 
Fermentation temperature: Betwen 27°C and 29°C. 
Fermentation and maceration time (days): 18 days 
Malolactic fermentation: In French oak. 
Ageing: 12 month in French oak.
