“In Situ”, latin for “on site,” is inspired by the Aconcagua Valley’s thousand-year old petroglyphs and by the valley’s unique terroir, benefiting from the bright Chilean sun and the cool breezes that slip downslope from the Andean snows high above. This unique region’s shallow soils cause the vines to dive deep in their search for nutrients and water, producing wines that speak of the land, the terroir, the flavors of the soil and sun… a perfect marriage of concentration, varietal character and balance.
For over forty years the Vicente family has produced a mix of sustainably farmed and organically grown wines. The Vicentes also believe in economic sustainability, and are committed to providing secure employment for their workers.
